Presenter

As a regular face at food festivals across the UK, including the Eat and Drink Festival at Ideal Home Show, Destinations, Love Food, and IFE, Valentina’s involvement ranges from hosting and presenting to captivating cooking demonstrations and engaging talks.

 

From time to time, you will also find Valentina on radio and television, making appearances on Radio 4 Woman’s Hour, Ready Steady Cook, The Great British Bake Off, and on her original BBC TV series, Italian Regional Cookery. Valentina is also the Official Ambassador for Delicious Magazine at their prestigious Produce Awards.

Food tour host

A highlight of Valentina’s job is organising and charting educational culinary adventures across all the regions of Italy and around the world. As the expert host for Kirker Travel’s gastronomic food tours in Italy and several other food companies, Valentina relies on her wealth of knowledge and infectious enthusiasm to guide travellers on a journey of unforgettable flavours. From exploring hidden gem eateries to savouring exquisite wine pairings, she ensures that each moment is a celebration of the senses. Valentina teaches regularly at world famous The Bertinet Kitchen in Bath and at the very successful Limpsfield Cookery School.

Her aim is to give you a real sense of the place you have visited or discovered via your taste buds - which in her opinion is the best, most honest, and most unforgettable way to get to understand the essence of a place.
